In a statement, the club said: “Harlequins are disappointed to announce that tomorrow’s Allianz Cup seventh place play-off fixture away to Sale Sharks has been postponed due to Harlequins being unable to field a squad.
“International commitments coupled with unprecedented injuries across the squad have left the Club with no choice but to cancel the fixture due to take place tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon.
“The Disputes community will meet next week to determine the outcome.”
