Had the absolute pleasure to play full back for my home county team derby in a barbarians mixup style game. 🏉 The comararady you experience in womens rugby is like nothing iv ever known and I’m so honoured to play the game. The carb life is all fun and games until you bust the zipper on your favorite size 10 jeans 👖😳🙊 A weight loss journey doesn’t stop when you hit your goal 🎯. Its constant work! I’m all for a balanced lifestyle but I’m also smart enough to take accountability of myself and know when its time to pull the reins in. The holiday season is a huge challenge for most people but I’m determined to stay on track as much as I can to feel great in the new year.
