The customary initiation for the new players in Gloucester’s senior squad has taken place as they took on the ‘Milk Challenge’.
Various videos have been posted by players on their Instagram stories, showing their new team-mates trying to drink as much milk as possible before being sick.
It gets even worse as after they were getting their heads shaved by Charlie Sharples, the club’s longest serving player who is celebrating his testimonial year.
