WATCH: Record breaking rugby match takes place at North Pole

In 2015, rugby stars trekked over 60 miles to the Magnetic North Pole, in a bid to create a Guinness World Record for the northernmost rugby match in history.

Wooden Spoon, the charity in question, took on the challenge in a bid to raise £300,000 for disabled and disadvantaged children across the United Kingdom.

Former England players Tim Stimpson and Ollie Phillips captained the two teams as those involved journeyed over 60 miles and endured temperatures of as low as -30◦C in order to reach the Magnetic North Pole.
