Fans were left confused by the way Italy players over-celebrated every penalty win like they’d won the Rugby World Cup.
This behaviour, which almost started a mass brawl with their opponents on more than one occasion, did seem to work in the opening 40 as they trailed just 5-10 at the break.
The Azzurri managed to spark several different scuffles with the likes of Maro Itoje, Billy Vunipola, and Tom Curry in the final minutes of the first half.
However, England came out with renewed intensity after the break and Youngs capitalised with his second score.
The visitors then found their rhythm, with 50-cap Jamie George, Tom Curry and Henry Slade all crossing.
Some thought the behaviour from the Italians was distasteful and unsportsmanlike while others enjoyed their new found passion.
Here’s what fans were saying on social media.
