Leicester Tigers prop Ellis Genge absolutely smashed Bristol Bears Joe Joyce before delivering a brilliant insult during the weekend’s heated Gallagher Premiership meeting.
Chris Ashton became the Premiership’s outright all-time top try-scorer as the league leaders beat Bristol 56-26 at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
Genge, who rejoins his hometown club Bristol in the summer, never took a backwards step with this particular tackle going viral on Twitter.
Followed up by the England prop saying: “Hey, Joyce, well done on 150 games. 130 off the bench right?” caught on ref mic.

5 of the most BRUTAL insults ever said on a rugby field
Here we’ve rustled up the five funniest insults in rugby.
#1. Who are you?
A young player was making his Premiership debut at scrum-half. He was playing against Andy Gomersall. He tried to be funny at the first scrum and said to Gomersall “don’t hurt your back putting the ball in, old man”. He retorted “I would give you some abuse, but I have no idea who the f@*k you are!”
Ouch.
