Exeter booked their spot at Twickenham with a 34-23 victory over Wasps
Will Chudley of Exeter Chiefs will appear before an RFU disciplinary panel on Tuesday after the player was cited.
Chudley has been charged with kicking, contrary to Law 10.4(c).
In the second half of the Premiership semi-final between Exeter and Wasps on the weekend, Chudley allegedly kicked England lock Joe Launchbury.
The scrum-half’s boot appeared to catch the head of Launchbury as he tried to dislodge the ball from a ruck during the second half of Saturday’s historic win for his club.
The hearings will be held in Bristol today. The three-person panel will be chaired by Daniel White.
