WORLD XV: Best fullbacks in the world 2019 - Ruck

WORLD XV 2019: Barrett, Farrell, Sexton? Who is the world’s best fly-half?

First up in our World XV series is fly-half with five very credible nominees.

The fly-half is the heartbeat and playmaker of most teams. They are therefore often the most influential player on the pitch as they coordinate the team’s performance and more often than not are the goal-kickers.

So get voting for who you believe deserves to be in the RUCK World XV…null

1. Beauden Barrett (New Zealand)

One of the quickest All Blacks in the team, he’s scored more international tries than any other fly-half in history with his searing pace and mesmerising skill causing no end of problems for defences.

2. Owen Farrell (England)

A playmaker who draws from the vast rugby league nous in his roots, Farrell has been a mainstay in the English side since first breaking through in 2012.

3. Johnny Sexton (Ireland)

He has orchestrated Ireland and Leinster with precision, delivering an impeccable kicking game and a sublime array of passing.
