Inbound Bristol boss Pat Lam pulled off an incredible coup this week when it was announced that Steven Luatua would be joining the Premiership strugglers.
After Bristol confirmed the capture of the Kiwi flanker, the Bristol Post report the English club are targeting All Blacks halfback TJ Perenara and Ryan Crotty.
Kiwi midfielder Crotty said he has been blindsided by reports that he is being chased by English club Bristol.
“That is a surprise to me, I haven’t thought much about that – I am just focusing on pre-season and playing well for the Crusaders,” Crotty said.

It will be interesting to see if any of this ‘News’ proves actually true.
Lam is yet to take over at Bristol but it’s clear who’s making the decisions when it comes to their recruitment overhaul.
