Steve Borthwick has named a 36-player training squad ahead of the Nations Championship.
The squad will assemble at England’s training base, Pennyhill Park, between today and Tuesday.
With just two weeks until their opening match against Australia, this group is expected to form the basis of England’s squad for the autumn campaign.
There are several injury-related absentees, including Benhard Janse van Rensburg and Chandler Cunningham-South.
Seb Atkinson, Immanuel Feyi-Waboso and Guy Pepper will join the group for rehabilitation, with all three expected to feature during the autumn fixtures, subject to fitness.
Atkinson's midfield partner at Gloucester, Will Joseph, has been deservedly called-up after a very positive start to the season for the Cherry and Whites.
Also in the centres, Sale Sharks' Joe Marchant has returned to the squad just months after returning to PREM Rugby from Top 14 side Stade Francais.
Despite playing just twice for Saracens so far this season due to injury, Noah Caluori has earned another call-up.
The young winger enjoyed an impressive summer, making his England debut against Fiji and scoring a try on his first Test appearance.
Uncapped Northampton Saints scrum-half Archie McParland has also been included following an impressive end to last season.
The 21-year-old stepped in during Alex Mitchell’s injury absence and arguably outperformed the British and Irish Lion. Having previously represented England A, McParland could now be in line for his first senior Test cap.
In the forwards, another England A international, Kepu Tuipulotu, has been selected at hooker. His inclusion comes at the expense of Saracens’ Theo Dan, who has been left out of the squad.
Northampton Saints back-row Tom Pearson also returns to the England setup, three years after making his only senior international appearance against Wales in 2023.
Bath centre Max Ojomoh has earned a recall after missing out on recent squads.
His inclusion comes a year after an outstanding performance against Argentina in the Quilter Nations Series, when he scored a try and claimed Player of the Match honours in just his second England appearance.
England begin their Nations Championship campaign against Australia at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, on Sunday, 8 November. They will then face Japan and New Zealand as the autumn series continues.
