Joe Marler appeared to make his feelings clear after Harlequins suffered a humiliating 48-0 defeat against Gloucester.
The Cherry and Whites ran riot at Kingsholm, scoring eight tries as Quins failed to register a single point.
It was an afternoon to forget for the visitors, with Charlie Atkinson among those to impress as Gloucester completely took control.
Former England prop Marler then reposted a brutal assessment of the performance on social media.
One supporter described the display as “utterly embarrassing” and questioned the decision to stick with the current coaching set-up.
Marler did not add any words of his own. However, his decision to amplify the criticism will certainly raise eyebrows given his long association with Harlequins.

Pressure building at Harlequins

Jason Gilmore initially stepped up following Danny Wilson’s departure, with Harlequins confirming changes to their coaching structure at the time.
The latest result will inevitably increase scrutiny after such a one-sided afternoon at Kingsholm.
Marler remains synonymous with the club after spending his entire senior career at The Stoop.
The former England international made his senior debut during the 2009/10 season and went on to make more than 280 appearances for Quins.
The 48-0 loss is the latest talking point around a Quins side facing plenty of questions, with RUCK's Harlequins rugby news hub carrying all the latest developments.
Marler's repost should not be interpreted as him directly calling for a coaching change. He did not write the original message or add his own comment.
But sharing such a strongly worded reaction after a 48-0 defeat is likely to get people talking.
For Quins, the focus now turns to producing a response after a result that will rank among their most difficult days in recent years.
