L’Equipe reveal their ratings for England following Six Nations loss, they give 10 players 2/10

England head coach Steve Borthwick conceded “there is a big gap between us and the top teams in the world” after the humiliating record home defeat at the hands of France.

In the aftermath of the game, French media outlet L’Equipe revealed their player ratings for both sides.

Typically, they’ve been known to be extremely stringent with the awarding of their scores, with only 14 players ever receiving a perfect 10/10 score.

Last night brought about no such performances despite France romping to a record win Twickenham, but there were certainly some harsh ratings on England’s side.

Second-row Thibaud Flament was the highest scoring player for either side with the France second-row scoring 9/10.
