Springboks Captain Siya Kolisi has been testing out his French, after the back-row arrived in Paris at his new club Racing 92. The back-to-back Rugby World Cup winning captain was the focus of a short clip, that showcases Kolisi speaking the local lingo.
The back-row heads to the French Top 14 from the Sharks, after taking the South African side to the quarter-finals of the 2022/23 Champions Cup. The Sharks also ended their United Rugby Championship campaign at eighth place which sees them slot into the EPCR Challenge Cup for the new season.
Kolisi joins up with the likes of France centre Gael Fickou, and a duo of England flyers in Henry Arundell and Christian Wade. The viral video of the Springbok testing out his new French linguistics can be viewed below:
