Wasps’ preparations for the new Gallagher Premiership season have been thrown into chaos after the club failed to make a repayment of a £35million retail bond.
It’s also been reported today that Coventry City are considering legal action against Wasps after being forced to postpone a second home match this season over an “unsafe and unplayable” Coventry Building Society Arena pitch.
The club confirmed that 11 players would leave the Ricoh Arena at the end of last season with over £1m of talent walking out of the door..
The club said in a statement: “Wasps would like to thank all those players who are leaving the Club at the end of the season for their hard work and passion in the Black and Gold shirt.”
