Without the prop knowing, he was videoed giving the forward pack a pep talk prior to the win at Twickenham. The video now has well over 40,000 views.
From the moment he starts speaking, his teammates look hooked on what he is saying.
Many rugby fans still wonder why Genge has been named as England vice-captain, citing the fast that he sometimes loses his head in big matches.
