Two BBC Pointless contestants came agonisingly close to winning £4,750 before a brutal Wales rugby question left them empty-handed.
John and Tim had battled their way into the final round of the popular BBC quiz show.

  2. Dan Lydiate – One of Wales' standout performers during their run to the semi-finals.
  3. Luke Charteris – The towering lock played in all seven matches.
  4. Ryan Bevington – The prop made a brief appearance during the tournament.
  5. Tavis Knoyle – The scrum-half featured against Namibia.
Yes, George North was a pointless answer.
One of Wales' biggest stars, and nobody in the original survey had named him.
John and Tim left with the Pointless trophy, but
