Toby Knight, Saracens forward, appeared before an independent disciplinary panel chaired by Charles Cuthbert, alongside Mitch Read and Veryan Boscawen, after being shown a red card for a high tackle.

The incident, which contravened World Rugby Law 9.13, occurred during Saracens' clash with Bath Rugby on Saturday, 28th December.
The panel upheld the charge, resulting in a three-match suspension for Knight. However, the ban could be reduced to two matches if he successfully completes the World Rugby Coaching Intervention Programme (CIP).
Matches Knight will miss:
- 04/01/2025: Bristol Bears (Gallagher Premiership)
- 11/01/2025: Munster (Investec Champions Cup)
- 19/01/2025: Castres Olympique (Investec Champions Cup)*
