England men's head coach Steve Borthwick has named a 36-player squad for a four-day training camp at the Honda England Rugby Performance Centre at Pennyhill Park as preparations intensify ahead of the summer fixtures.
This camp, running in the lead-up to the England XV’s clash against a France XV at Twickenham’s Allianz Stadium on Saturday 21 June (kick-off 3.15pm), will serve as a crucial staging post before the summer tour.
Notably, the squad excludes players involved in the British & Irish Lions squad as well as those from Bath Rugby and Leicester Tigers, who are preparing for this weekend’s Gallagher Premiership Final.
The final touring squad for the summer Tests against Argentina and the USA will be announced on Monday 23 June.
