A list of female rugby players who balanced motherhood and playing the beautiful game.
These girls really are bad-ass.
1. Emma Croker
Croker, to put it mildly, was a very busy woman. She worked a full-time job as a P.E. teacher at an all-girls secondary school in Hillingdon, played international rugby for England, lived on a farm in Essex and was bringing up her daughter. She was also a key cog of the World Cup-winning team in 2014.
2. Niall Williams
The younger sister of Sonny Bill is a New Zealand rugby sevens player, representing them at the 2016 Olympics and more recently the 2018 Commonwealth Games, winning silver and gold respectively. The 30-year-old is still playing while bringing up her beautiful daughters Tatum-Lee and Rema-Rae.
3. Nicole Beck
She has come back to the sport not once but twice. Having her first daughter Sophie in 2013, Beck returned to rugby in time to play a key role in Australia's side that won gold in Sevens at the 2016 Olympic games, little did she know Harper was on the way.

Not wanting to let a second pregnancy affect her training, Beck insisted she could go about her business as usual.
The Australian Rugby Union argued it had a duty of care to uphold, so Beck and the game's governing body came to an agreement she could train while pregnant but on lighter duties. She then returned to the sport in 2017.
4. Tania Rosser
From Hastings in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, Rosser moved to Ireland at the turn of the century. She quickly became established in the Leinster team and an Ireland call-up followed soon after. A talented scrum-half/out-half (in the Ruan Pienaar mould), Rosser played in the 2006 and 2010 World Cups.
In between her first and second World Cups, Rosser gave birth to a boy named Serge [after French fullback Serge Blanco]. She was then back on the rugby pitch three months after giving birth
