In the 2023 Rugby World Cup, England's player ratings reveal a standout performance by Ben Earl under Steve Borthwick's coaching, but many others failed to meet expectations.
England faced a heartbreaking exit from the Rugby World Cup after a narrow one-point loss to defending champions South Africa on Saturday.
The match started with great promise for Steve Borthwick's team, but their hopes were dashed when substitute Handre Pollard nailed a crucial penalty from the halfway line in the 78th minute.
