10. Hollie Davidson (Scotland)

Hollie Davidson has become one of the most influential referees in modern rugby. The Scottish official made history as the first woman to referee a men’s Six Nations match and continues to break new ground on the international stage.

Her rise has helped transform perceptions of officiating and inspired a new generation of referees around the world.

9. Ed Morrison (England)

A highly respected figure during rugby’s transition into professionalism, Ed Morrison built a reputation for consistency and technical excellence.

Following his on-field career, he continued to shape the game through referee development and education.

8. Paddy O’Brien (New Zealand)
