Transfer News: Exciting fly-half joins Ealing on two-year contract

Ealing Trailfinders are delighted to announce the signing of Sam Olver from Worcester Warriors on a two-year deal.

The fly-half is an exciting arrival to Vallis Way, and has an impressive rugby CV which will increase the anticipation for the 2018/19 season.

The 23-year-old has made 14 appearances for the Warriors this season, scoring over 60 points in his debut campaign at Sixways.

He joined Worcester last summer from Northampton Saints, where he earned a professional contract at Franklin’s Gardens in March 2013 and helped Northampton Wanderers to three Aviva A League finals in four seasons, whilst also making 14 first-team appearances.

His debut came in the East Midlands Derby in the fiercely contested rivalry against Leicester Tigers.

On the international stage, he has represented England at Under 18 level, and also made four appearances for the Under 20s in the 2014 Six Nations, before helping them win the Junior World Championship later that year.
