The Aviva Premiership is under a month away and teams are getting their final plans sorted.
RUCK's George Whiffen has assessed the squads of all 12 sides and has looked to find a player each team could realistically land in the future.

Exeter Chiefs: Nick Isiekwe
Isiekwe is 19, recently made his first appearance in an England jersey in a friendly against the Barbarians and is full of talent.
Unfortunately, the young second rower is already behind George Kruis and Maro Itoje in the Saracens pecking order and it's only going to get tougher for him following the recent arrival of Dominic Day and Will Skelton.
A move to Exeter could be the answer. Isiekwe could excel under the coaching of Rob Baxter and in the team environment of the Chiefs for a long time to come.
Saracens: Tadhg Furlong
Saracens are a team that doesn't need to do a lot of business in the transfer market now, with a prospering Academy and such a strong starting XV.
However, this summers Lions tour showed us how much of a dominant force the front three of Mako Vunipola, Jamie George and Furlong can be.
They excelled together, meaning Furlong would be a perfect fit at Saracens thanks to his abrasive carrying and relentless scrummaging.
Bath: Lewis Ludlam
An interesting choice for Bath would be Ludlam. With Francois Louw growing ever older it's time the black, blue and whites looked to a younger back rower.
With Taulupe Faletau and Sam Underhill bound to make up the basis of a strong back-row, they would lack an out and out heavy carrier which Ludlam would bring on top of his breakdown skills.
At the young age of 21, he's ready to show his full potential and that would require game time which he currently isn't getting at Northampton, so a move would be in his and the club's best interests.
Harlequins: Leone Nakarawa
Harlequins have the grounds for a team that should finish in the top four more often than not but season after season they underachieve.
A specific reason is tough to pinpoint but signing Nakarawa would glue together some issues.
The way the lock plays the game with quick running and offloading would kick-start the Quins back-line and give their forward pack some much-needed energy.
Leicester Tigers: Mark Wilson
Of late Leicester have struggled with back-row balance at times.
With the rest of the team looking upwards following the signings of George Ford and Jonny May, it's time the back-row found balance.
What player could be better than Mark Wilson? A great carrier and a real dog around the pitch.
Whether played at 6 or 8, he would definitely fix some balancing issues in the Tigers faltering back-row.
Northampton Saints: Ross Moriarty
Last season, the shining light of Northampton was Louis Picamoles. He was the Saints go to man in some tough situations and carried them at times during the season.
Unfortunately, he's left for Montpellier and has left a big hole for Saints to fill.
Moriarty would be the perfect player to fit that hole. A destructive carrier and Welsh international he'd be a mainstay of the team for years to come.
He'd have big shoes to fill but Moriaty is more than capable of providing Saints with front foot ball and destructive carrying.
Gloucester: Gio Aplon
Having just lost Jonny May, the Cherry and Whites will be in desperate need of finding a magic player who can give them the spark that the England international provided on many occasions.
Aplon could be that game changer, an incredible strike runner that has proven he doesn't always need front foot ball to create magic.
He'd fill the void that May will leave and would definitely work wonders with players like Jason Woodward and Charlie Sharples around him.
Newcastle Falcons: Harry Thacker
Newcastle looks in good shape for the 2017/18 season, having brought in a host of new players, which includes: Maxime Mermoz, Josh Matavesi, Toby Flood and others.
The one place The Falcons could do with some work is at hooker with no real player standing out and with Scott Lawson getting ever older Thacker would be a stand out signing.
The "dumper truck" is a great ball carrier and needs more game time, currently being stuck behind Tom Youngs and George Mcguigan at Tigers.
Therefore, establishing himself as a Starter at the Falcons and establishing himself in an ever growing team could be a great move for his future.
Sale Sharks: Paul Hill
The Sharks also have plenty reason to be excited for the new season with the back line signings of James O'Connor and Faf De Klerk standing out.
However, they lack some power up front, which means 21-year-old Hill could be a great fit at the club.
He's showed great potential at Saints, but being behind Brookes in the pecking order is not ideal for him.
Being a starter at Sale would give him the ability to push again for an England spot and help fill the gap that was left by Brian Mujati, Vadim Cobilas and Keiran Longbottom when they departed the club at the end of last season.
London Irish: Nathan Earle
London Irish have made a slew of signings in recent months and seem ready for life back in the premiership but Nathan Earle would give them that little bit extra.
Earle is also out of favour at Saracens and would get plenty of game time with The Exiles.
An explosive winger with power, pace and defence, he'd certainly help London Irish in their bid to stay in the top tier of English rugby
Wasps: Mako Vunipola
Like Saracens, Wasps don't have many weak links in their armour however with the type of game Wasps play they could always be adapted better in the pack.
Mako Vunipola would bring that in spades: a good scrummager, a great carrier and a two-time lion tourist. The loosehead would be a great fit in his

He'd be the ideal signing.
Worcester Warriors: Tom Wood
Worcester could potentially struggle this year, they have the talent yet still remain in a dog fight at the bottom of the Premiership table.
Wood is the type of player that could grab the team by the scruff of the neck and lead them forward under Gary Gold.
The flanker has great leadership and strong tackling and would be a great fit if he returned to Worcester, the club where his career began.
