Harlequins winger Louis Lynagh has tested positive and has withdrawn from the England squad ahead of their clash with Ireland in the Six Nations on Saturday.
A statement read: “He returned a positive lateral flow test at lunch time on Monday and immediately went into isolation. A positive PCR test this evening has confirmed the result.
“All other players and staff have now been tested with everyone’s results coming out negative.”
Alex Dombrandt, who started the wins over Italy and Wales, returned a positive result on Friday 4 March.
Meanwhile, flanker Sam Underhill returns to the 36-man squad before next weekend’s match at Twickenham.
But scrum-half Raffi Quirke (concussion) and lock Jonny Hill (foot) have both been ruled out.
Head coach Jones stuttered to a 23-19 victory at Twickenham to remain third in the title race with two rounds of the 2022 tournament to play.
