Andy Farrell confirms date to unveil his assistant coaches for 2025 British & Irish Lions Tour

Farrell has already named three heads of departments for his touring side, and will continue to build out his Lions backroom staff once his core coaching group is in place. Just last month, the newly-appointed trio of David Nucifora, Aled Walters & Vinny Hammond all joined Farrell on a recce to Australia.

Nucifora has been named as General Manager, Performance with Walters taking up the role of Head of Athletic Performance. Hammond takes the lead as Head of Analysis - with the 2025 British & Irish Lions squad being Hammond's third time with the world famous touring side. Farrell’s next wave of appointments will be unveiled at Canterbury’s offices in central London.
