• Here’s the BEST and WORST Lions players according to the stats

15 Liam Williams The sinuous strike runner carved the Chiefs open at times, especially for the fourth try. Still a few basic errors but much, much better. 7.5/10

14 Jack Nowell Looks to be getting his mojo back. This was his best game of the tour, carrying strongly, defending resiliently and scoring two superb tries. He'll be in contention for the second Test if not the first. 9/10

13 Jared Payne Surprisingly scrummaged well when Joe Marler was in the bin. Held his own against his former club and ran a good support line to score the tourists' fourth try. 7.5/10

12 Robbie Henshaw Another bullish showing from the Irish centre. Probably didn't do enough to force himself into the Test reckoning. 7/10

11 Elliot Daly Made a great break for Nowell's second try. Showed some really classy touches. 7/10

10 Dan Biggar The Welshman is growing into the tour and enjoyed another good performance. His goalkicking was also very good. 7/10

9 Greig Laidlaw Set a good tempo and put his body about too. 7/10

8 CJ Stander Not as prominent as we’ve been used to on this tour, and given the pack was always on the front foot, that was something of a surprise. Played well defensively though. 7/10

7 Justin Tipuric Classy performance from the Welsh flanker. Made yards off the static ball, won turnovers and directed a strong performance from the Lions pack. 8/10

6 James Haskell Worked well alongside Tipuric and was relentless at the breakdown. The England man also tackled ferociously, carried strongly and made a few nice offloads. 8/10

5 Courtney Lawes A general when it comes to the lineout and he also put in a shift with the ball in hand while also making some trademark monster hits. Disappointing to see him having another HIA. 8/10

4 Iain Henderson Carried really well, generally from a standing start but someone has to do it. Great work rate along with his second-row partner. He also topped the tackling charts at halftime with eight hits in the opening 40. 7.5/10

3 Dan Cole The England prop recaptured his best form. A powerhouse in the scrum and nuisance at the breakdown. 7.5/10

2 Rory Best (c) Pioneered the Lions' potent scrummage but threw a few bad lineouts. Always put his hand up to carry. 6.5/10

1 Joe Marler His mindless yellow card combined with a few missed tackles and other penalties made this a poor day for the Quins prop. Did alright in the scrum. 5/10

Replacements: 16 Kristian Dacey, 17 Allan Dell 6/10, 18 Tomas Francis, 19 Cory Hill, 20 Alun Wyn Jones 5/10, 21 Gareth Davies, 22 Finn Russell, 23 Tommy Seymour 5/10
