Leinster booked their place in the Champions Cup quarter-finals after they demolished Montpellier 57-3 at the RDS on Friday.

RUCK Man of the Match Jack Conan scored a hat-trick of tries for the dominant hosts.

Full-back Isa Nacewa, winger Adam Byrne, scrum-half Luke McGrath, replacement prop Cian Healy and centre Garry Ringrose also touched down in a rampant displau.

Montpellier had fly-half Frans Steyn, who scored the visitors only points from the tee, was red-carded for a high challenge on Johnny Sexton when the score was 14-3.

Ireland head coach Joe Schmidt would have been thrilled to see so many of his internationals, namely Sexton, heading into the 2017 Six Nations
