Australia are weighing up a shock move to reappoint Eddie Jones as coach after the 2023 Rugby World Cup, according to The Telegraph.
The Aussie, who leaves England following eight years in chance next Autumn, has already been linked with a number of roles including Racing and USA.
Dan Schofield has reported this morning that Jones has emerged as a target for an emotional return to the role he left in 2005.
He previously coached Australia between 2001 and 2005, taking the team to the 2003 Rugby World Cup Final.
Jones was an assistant coach for South Africa when the Springboks won the 2007 Rugby World Cup and from 2012 to 2015 he coached Japan, leading them in the 2015 Rugby World Cup and their upset win over South Africa.
