Furlong ran full speed into Sinckler's head but its ok because he had the ball at the time. But we're taking head knocks super-seriously. But Furlong would only have been off if Sinckler had the ball. But this is for safety.

Definitely shouldn't have counted cause Sinckler was KTFO but nice quick decision from JGP all the same
