15 Mike Brown: Was poor in Rome a week ago but always turns up for the big games at Twickenham. Some great carries and majestic catches made this the 32-year-old’s best performance in a long time. 8.5/10

14 Anthony Watson: Uncharastical knock early on but bounced back with some good running before limping off after 44 minutes. 6.5/10

13 Jonathan Joseph: He returned to the side and as predicted marshalled Rhys Patchell well in defence. Nothing standout to report in attack though. 7/10

12 Owen Farrell: Faz pierced the Wales defence with a superb kick for May’s first try. Made some crucial tackles in the last 10 minutes that forced Wales into errors. Captained the team well in the final half an hour. 8.5/10

11 Jonny May: Possibly his best performance in an England shirt, scoring his first two tries ever in the Six Nations. Managed to do his bit in defence too. 8.5/10
