Glasgow Warriors centre Huw Jones is finally set to make a move to the Gallagher Premiership next summer when his current deal expires.
The 25-cap Scotland international has been linked with a move to England top flight for a number of years with The Rugby Paper reporting today that he is in advanced talks with London Irish.
Jones turned down a £275,000 move to Leicester Tigers a few years ago after Glasgow bettered that offer, however, the Warriors are not willing to pay so much to retain his services this time around.
Born in Edinburgh and educated at Millfield School in Somerset, Jones is keen to move to London to be closer to his family in Kent and is also subject of interest from both Harlequins and Saracens.
The 26-year-old plays predominantly in the centre, although he can also play as a full-back or winger.
