Talking Rugby Union have reported that Sale Sharks will make an audacious bid to sign England and Wasps lock Joe Launchbury.
The 26-year-old, who last signed an extension with Wasps in 2014, could potentially be out of contract at the end of the season.
Wasps held off interest from Leicester Tigers and Saracens to retain their prized-asset three years ago, but now have the same battle on their hands once again
Launchbury, who will win his 45th England cap agaist Argentina tomorrow, has made over 100 appearances for the black and golds since joining from Worthing in 2010.
