LIST: Three Lions injury doubts – and most likely replacements

#3. Dan Biggar (Wales)

Northampton and Wales fly-half Biggar – also went off in the second half against Exeter Chiefs after taking a knock to his chest, although that was thought to be purely precautionary.

He limped off after on the hour mark, picking up an chest injury in the build-up to Mike Haywood’s try.

His club confirmed afterwards it was a pectoral injury but added it was not serious.

Chances of being ruled out: Low

Most likely replacement: Marcus Smith (England)

Smith already received a long-list letter and you would back him to be involved with England this summer, and perhaps later on with the Lions too in South Africa.

DID YOU KNOW? Smith is the second youngest debutant featured in the Aviva Premiership at 18 years and 200 days old whose record is behind George Ford when Ford made his league debut for Leicester Tigers in 2010
