“My idol” – Maro Itoje names his rugby dream team with England idol at six

The Maro Itoje dream team of rugby players past and present could compete with any team from any generation of rugby.

The England forward recently made his star-studded selection on a zoom call.

Itoje has been mentored by some of the best players of all-time, won everything there is to win with Saracens while also starring for both England and the British & Irish Lions.

Without much thought, this is the team he’d pick. It’s a terrific selection.

DID YOU KNOW? Maro got a rugby scholarship to London Harrow school when he was 11. He then studied for a Politics degree at the School of Oriental and African Studies in Bloomsbury, London at the same time as starting his rugby career.
