With Rugby 22 out, it’s time to get thinking about who you’ll take control of first.

- Tackling – Feels very realistic, with hard-hitting challenges giving off that true feeling of impact
- My Squad – In this mode, you create your squad in the colours of your choice! Very much like Ultimate Team on Fifa.
- Game modes – Single and multiplayer (online and local)
- Placekicking – All kicking: penalties, conversion as well kicking on the run, is very well done and intuitive

#1. France
The 2022 Six Nations champions are seriously entertaining to watch – as they reminded us as they won the Grand Slam against England – so it follows that they’re one of the best sides to pick on RUGBY 22.
#2. Toulon
With the arrival of one Mr Kolbe – forming the most formidable attacking triumvirate in the game (and on this game).
#3. Wales
Sticking the pace of Louis Rees-Zammit in any team would instantly enhance your RUGBY 22 experience – and his addition to the Welsh squad enhanced their team. Add to that the likes of Dan Biggar, Liam Williams and Alun Wyn Jones, and you certainly have an impressive XV.
