Rugby Union is a family sport but every so often our game is connected to other sports via family. Here are four great example
s.

#1. Ben Cohen (George Cohen)

In a trophy-less career as a one club footballer with Fulham, George internationally won the 1966 World Cup with England. He has been inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame and is the uncle of rugby union World Cup winner, Ben.

#2. Stuart Hogg (George Best):

In 2012, following his Scotland debut, he discovered he was a distant relative of goalscoring football star Best. A close relative of the Manchester United legend recognised the link after seeing Hogg play on television

#5. Ellis GengeMuhammad Ali)

Ellis Genge, who is currently on England duty in the Six Nations, shares a link with boxing legend Muhammad Ali via his grandmother. She was born in the United States near Ali’s parents and they shared the same surname – Grady. If you look closely, there is actually a resemblance!

#4. James Botham (Ian Botham)

Botham is the grandson of former England cricketer Lord Botham and son of ex-Cardiff and Newcastle wing Liam. The 22-year-old back-rower has played for Wales Under-18s, Under-20s and Sevens and has been in impressive form for his region, earning an international call-up for Wales earlier this year.
