Following the Rugby World Cup, several England internationals have made the decision to pursue their rugby careers abroad, making them ineligible to represent the national side.
Jack Willis, who recently signed a new deal to stay with Toulouse, isn't included on the list due to already being based in France following the collapse of Wasps earlier this season.

#1. David Ribbans to Toulon
Ribbans spent most of his rugby development at South African side Western Province.
Born in Somerset West in South Africa, his development saw him named Western Province’s young forward of the year in 2016 as well as being included in the Stormers Super Rugby squad that year.
He went onto join Northampton Saints in 2017 and his progress at Franklin’s Gardens saw the English-qualified second row receive a first senior call-up to a training squad in October 2020.
On making his exit, Ribbans said: "This was not an easy decision for me to make,
"I'm extremely grateful to the club's supporters for embracing me as they have in my time here, and to the coaches and support staff for everything they have done to improve me as a player.
"I'll be sad to leave some great friends and teammates, but I'll be giving everything I've got to make sure we finish the season as strongly as possible."
#2. Joe Marchant ro Stade Francais
Marchant has secured a move to French club Stade Francais for the upcoming season.
The 26-year-old, who has represented England on 13 occasions over the past four years, will be departing The Stoop after a nine-year stint.
Marchant began his rugby journey in the Quins academy and has since accumulated 140 appearances for the club since his debut in 2014.
When news of his impending departure emerged late last year, Marchant said: "The time has come for me to depart and I am excited for my next challenge ahead.
"I will make the most of every moment for the rest of this season proudly wearing my Quins shirt."
#3. Henry Arundell to Racing 92
One of England's hottest young talents is reportedly heading to France, as Henry Arundell is reported to have agreed a deal with Racing 92.
The back-three flyer is a free agent following the collapse of London Irish, with the Parisian club fastest to secure the speedster's signature.
According to a report in French sports news outlet Arundell's move to Racing 92 is a "done deal".
The 20-year-old was also previously linked with a move to Bath and Bristol Bears, yet Arundell seems to have decided to pursue the Top 14 over a return to the Gallagher Premiership.
#4. Jack Nowell to La Rochelle
Nowell has expressed his decision not to be part of England's World Cup squad, stating that he will not make himself available.
The 30-year-old, who will be joining La Rochelle in the upcoming summer, has already participated in the last two World Cups, amassing an impressive 46 caps for his country.
Due to a knee injury, Nowell has been carefully managing his condition and has only featured in the Heineken Champions Cup for Exeter since the conclusion of March.
"No World Cup, I'm not doing the World Cup. I am just going to chill," Nowell told the RugbyPass Offload podcast.
"I need to get my knee sorted. Obviously, it was a bit of a hard decision not to put myself in for selection for the World Cup.
"I thought it was probably one I had to make for myself and for my family as well."
#5. Sam Simmonds to Montpellier
A product of the club’s highly successful academy system, Simmonds has come through the ranks to establish himself as not only one of the leading forwards in the English game, but also that of Europe as well.
His 80 tries in 117 appearances to date is a staggering statistic, but his on-field exploits has also been rewarded with two Premiership titles, one Heineken Champions Cup title, as well as 14 England caps and one for the British & Irish Lions.
