Former England hooker Brian Moore is set to take legal action against Paddy Power after his tweet was misrepresented in one of their social media videos.
He tweeted late on Saturday: "My final tweet today - 'We beat you' no, neither you nor I played. Scotland, deservedly and without making any excuses, beat England - that's it."
This was then used by Paddy Power for their video, however, it omitted the part where Moore said Scotland were worthy winners.
Commenting on the video, the 59-year-old tweeted: "If you use my tweets in your ads, without asking me, please use the whole tweet and not one piece out of context.
"Yours, A former litigation and defamation lawyer."
"I've thought more about this deliberate misrepresentation of my tweet and spoken to counsel about it," he wrote.
"Bearing in mind they didn't even bother to ask if they could use the tweet in their for profit, promotional piece, I'm going to take this further."
