Former England hooker Jack Singleton has completed an immediate move to Glasgow Warriors, bringing an end to a difficult year away from rugby.
The 30-year-old joins the Scottish side after leaving Gloucester, having recently returned to full training following a cardiovascular event in September 2025.
Singleton, who won four England caps, including an appearance at the 2019 Rugby World Cup, has been handed a fresh opportunity at Scotstoun.
The hooker scored 20 tries in 75 appearances for Gloucester after joining from Saracens in 2020.
He also previously represented Worcester Warriors and enjoyed a loan spell with French giants Toulon during the 2023/24 season.

Singleton delighted to return

Speaking to the Glasgow Warriors official website, Singleton admitted he was grateful to be playing rugby again.
"It's been a long old year, and for Glasgow to give me this opportunity is something for which I'm incredibly grateful," he said.
"I'm excited to be in the clear and get back out onto a pitch."
The former England international, who qualifies for Scotland through his grandparents, has already joined his new teammates in training.
Singleton is particularly excited by Glasgow's attacking approach and the strength of their forward pack.
"They play an expansive style of rugby and I know they're how strong their pack has been for the last couple of years, especially around that driving maul," he added.

Glasgow boss explains signing

Head coach Franco Smith believes Singleton's experience will prove valuable, particularly during the international windows.
"Jack brings a wealth of top-flight experience into our environment that will benefit us during those periods," Smith said.
"He is someone who has already begun to throw himself into becoming a Warrior, and is willing to work hard for his team-mates and his club."
With Gregor Hiddleston and Seb Stephen both making their Scotland debuts over the summer, Singleton could have an important role to play during the Nations Championship and Six Nations.
For Singleton, however, the biggest victory is simply being back in professional rugby after a frightening 12 months.
