Gabby Logan’s Son Poised for Six Nations Call-Up — Captaincy on the Cards

The 20-year-old previously represented England at U18 level and was part of their wider U20s training group in 2024. However, earlier this year Logan made the significant decision to switch international allegiance, opting to follow in his father’s footsteps and commit to Scotland.

It’s a bold move, but one that appears to have paid off, with the powerful back-rower now firmly in the frame for a leading role in the upcoming championship.

International rugby was never going to be straightforward for Logan. With his grandfather being former Wales footballer Terry Yorath, a third option was also available. However, the Northampton Saints academy product has planted his flag firmly in Scotland’s camp.

Kenny Logan won 70 caps for Scotland during a distinguished international career, and now his son looks ready to carry the family name forward. If selected — and potentially handed the armband — Reuben would be continuing a proud Logan lineage in dark blue.

Sporting talent clearly runs in the family, with Reuben’s twin sister Lois also making a name for herself as a rising showjumper.
