Marler is set to bring his drag act to our TV screens. Queens For The Night is a new one-off show that will see famous faces “channel their inner drag queens and unearth the divas within a fabulous competition like no other.”

The celebs on the line up are Coronation Street favourite Simon Gregson, fitness icon Mr Motivator MBE, Love Island star and TV presenter Chris Hughes, member of popband Union J and I’m A Celebrity runner up George Shelley, actor and soap star legend Adam Woodyatt and England rugby star Joe Marler.

Joe and his long-term parter and wife Daisy have four kids together.

“My wife, Daisy, is very good at helping me balance the two [rugby and fatherhood]," Marler told FQ Magazine in 2017. 

“Sometimes the team has double-days and I need to get an early night, a decent shut eye.

“So she’ll do the night shift with the kids.”

Daisy keeps her personal life private and avoids the media spotlight.

He's been nicknamed Croissant. In his own words, it's because: “The boys think I have a nose that looks like a French pastry.”

Despite failing to cross the whitewash in his 83 caps since making his England debut in 2012, he did strangely score in one of his two appearances for the British & Irish Lions during the 2017 tour to New Zealand.
