Julian Savea quashes latest transfer rumour

Former All Black winger Julian Savea has shut down the rumours linking him with a move to the Southern Kings with a simple tweet.

The Southern Kings and Toulon announced last week that the two clubs were in negotiations over a partnership, which lead to Afrikaans newspaper the Rapport linking Savea and teammate Jacques Potgieter to the Kings.

Savea moved to dispel the rumours with a simple tweet on Monday evening:

Jordie Barrett over Damian de Allende is far from being correct. The hype around Dupont is also overreaching, he's probably 4th in the world and has been since the 2023 WC. He also avoids certain matchups which is strange. The rest of the list is pretty good apart from minor subjective biases.
