LIST: Top 10 New Signings to Watch Next Season in the PRO 14

Here, RUCK's Taylor Richards profiles 10 new signings to watch out for in the Guinness Pro 14 next season:
Ross Moriarty – Dragons
Caps for the British and Irish Lions, 20 caps for Wales and still only 24 years old. Huge signing for the Dragons and will make a big difference for the upcoming season.
George North – Ospreys
Two tours with the British and Irish Lions, 73 Wales caps including 32 tries. Powerful and pacey winger fighting for his place in the World Cup squad.
Blade Thomson – Scarlets
5 caps for the Baby Blacks, a talented utility forward who’s played alongside Beauden Barrett and Julian Savea. Eligible for Scotland through his grandparents.
Will Addison – Ulster
Over 100 appearances for Sale Sharks, a useful winger who can also play full-back. Great addition to the Ulster squad.
Giovanni Licata – Zebre
5 caps for Italy and still just 20 years old. Joined on loan towards the end of 17/18 season and scored 4 tries in 11 games as a flanker.
Mike Haley – Munster
Over 100 appearances for Sale Sharks and very close to an international cap. A strong runner from full-back and a great signing for Munster.
Louis Fouche – Cheetahs
One of the main players to keep an eye on for 18/19 season. A talented fly-half who scored over 300 points in 28 games for Blue Bulls. Arriving from Japanese side – Kubota Spears.
Kyle Godwin – Connacht
Capped by Australia and plenty of Super Rugby experience arriving from Western Force and the Brumbies. Still only 25 years old and comfortable playing centre or fly-half.
Simon Hickey – Edinburgh
Yet another player to keep an eye on, with caps for the Baby Blacks and Super Rugby experience – Kickey is set to be a huge coup for Edinburgh. Only 24 years old and an excellent fly-half.
David Tameilau – Glasgow
Nine caps for USA and possibly a risk with not much top level experience. He is able to play more than 1 position and is a huge tackler. It could be a great under the radar signing.

- Jordie Barrett over Damian de Allende is far from being correct. The hype around Dupont is also overreaching, he's probably 4th in the world and has been since the 2023 WC.
