These retired rugby players put us 20- and 30-somethings to shame when it comes to fitness.
#1. Phil Vickery - 47
Vickery is a former English rugby union player, known for his powerful scrummaging and leadership on the field. He earned 73 caps for England and was a key figure in their 2003 Rugby World Cup victory.
He wrote on Instagram: "So an idea over two years ago to be in the best shape of my life to celebrate 20 years on from winning the rugby World Cup… it’s been an interesting journey full of highs and lows but have loved the process but more importantly the people who have helped along the way @chrisbradley.uk for lighting the the flame and always being there for me.. @propowell_2001 you are the most wonderful person not just for putting the plan together but being there consistently as a friend and mentor.. but to everyone at @wsf.uk for the friendship and positive energy.. the @severnsidegym crew for the smiles and thumbs up at 5 o’clock in the morning doing cardio in the freezing cold … and couldn’t forget about mr happy @adbarnes00 🤣🤣 .. friend’s family and my awesome team @ragingbullclothing & @no3restaurants thank you 🙏🏻… @stillmovingmedia legends as always….have an idea get a plan and follow it through team .. Less Guinness and more hard work has seen the former Wales star transform himself during lockdown. He looks incredible!
#3. Will Greenwood - 50
Greenwood is an English rugby great, famed for his skills as a centre. He was part of England's 2003 World Cup-winning team and had a successful club career with Harlequins.
Post-retirement, he's a prominent rugby commentator for Sky Sports.

#4. Matt Dunning - 41
Since retiring from rugby union the prophas lost a staggering 40kg, dropping from 25 per cent body fat to just 11 per cent. What an incredible weight loss with the Aussie undoubtedly in the shape of his life.
Dunning is an Australian rugby prop who contributed to the national team, the Wallabies, and played for the New South Wales Waratahs in Super Rugby. He's recognized for his solid scrummaging and played a key role in Australian rugby.
#5. Jason Robinson - 48
Robinson, a dynamic fullback and winger, is a former England and British Lions player. Renowned for his speed and agility, he transitioned from rugby league to union, making a significant impact and achieving numerous accolades.
Even at 48 years old, Robinson, the England World Cup-winning hero, appears to be in a shape that could see him donning the jersey for Steve Borthwick's team.
The former winger recently posted a shirtless photo of himself in the gym, and it's evident that he maintains a remarkably fit physique.
