The margins are so tight, the intensity so high, and every team is capable of producing moments of brilliance.

Let’s start with Wales. One thing about Wales is they often grow stronger as the tournament progresses. You can see combinations starting to form and players beginning to understand each other better. Opportunities are being created, and the attitude in defence has been outstanding — players defending for their lives and for their teammates.

The last two games have shown huge improvement. The effort, commitment, and belief are clearly there. When everything eventually clicks for this group, it could become a very dangerous team. Looking further ahead, keep an eye on them building toward the Rugby World Cup in 2027. There’s a lot of potential developing.

The clash between the Scotland and France was an incredible game of rugby. A fast pitch, a great atmosphere, and plenty of outstanding tries — exactly what you want from Test match rugby.

After Scotland’s performance the previous week they came into the match full of confidence, especially playing at home. They were ready for the fight. However, I still felt France would edge it. Instead, it turned into a slightly unusual display from the French side. They gave away a lot of penalties, which allowed Scotland to stay in the game and capitalise on opportunities.

It just shows how fine the margins are in this tournament — discipline can make or break a result.

The game between the Italy and England didn’t entirely surprise me. Italy have come on leaps and bounds in recent seasons and I absolutely love the passion they play with — exactly what you want when representing your country.

Their set-piece looked functional and solid, and their backline is starting to look seriously dangerous. There’s confidence in how they’re playing.

England, on the other hand, didn’t quite look lively. They didn’t look excited or expressive with the ball. Players like Marcus Smith and Henry Pollock hardly had any minutes. Those are the types of players who can create magic moments, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need to unlock tight international games.

England have a very strong squad — no doubt about that — but it does raise questions about whether they are utilising the right game plan and giving their most creative players enough opportunity to influence the game.

Now everything comes down to Super Saturday, with France, Scotland, and Ireland team all still in the hunt for the title.

My prediction? I’m backing France to win the championship. I think they’ll beat England and finish strongly.

I can see Scotland beating Ireland in what should be another fantastic contest. And as much as I’d love to see Wales get a win against Italy, it won’t be easy. If Ireland lose and Italy win, this could actually be the year Italy achieve their highest ever finish in the tournament. Third place isn’t impossible for them.

Whatever happens, this year’s Six Nations Championship has been one of the most competitive and entertaining in recent memory — and Super Saturday promises one final blockbuster.
