WATCH: George Ford shows coaching credentials upon England's tour of Argentina

Ford has been tipped as a future coach based on his style as a player and showcased just why his leadership is so highly rated within England and Sale Sharks. One of only two centurions on this tour, alongside George, Ford has relished his role as one of the most experienced players in the squad and has put in two outstanding performances so far on tour.

One of Ford key messages was that playing fast usually leads to more mistakes, but the crucial thing is being "calm and composed" when upping the intensity. His advice regarding this was to communicate with a "calm voice" in order to make it easier to play quickly.

His messaging throughout the training session was clear and succinct, again showing his ability to potentially be a coach in future given that one of the hardest things to do is giving as much information as possible in a short amount of time.

The advice that he gave seemed to pay dividends for the San Luis players, who in just a minute of play in small-sided training scored a handful of tries with no mistakes, after they followed Ford's advice of being calm.

He organised a small-sided game with as much "chaos" as possible and encouraged the players to show their skill in the chaos, replicating an in-game situation where the game is moving extremely fast.

It will have been an invaluable experience for the local players to have two Test centurions and an England coach giving them advice on how to play, with Ford clearly shining in a leadership role on the training pitch.
