Born in Plymouth in 2003, Fisilau hails from a rugby family; his father, Kenni Fisilau, played for Plymouth Albion and Tonga, and introduced Greg to the sport from a young age. He began playing at Devonport Services U8 before honing his skills at Caldicott School and St Edward’s School, Oxford, eventually joining the Wasps Academy.

Following Wasps’ administration in 2022, Fisilau moved to Exeter Chiefs, quickly establishing himself in the first team. His physicality, ball-carrying, and breakdown work have made him a standout in the Chiefs pack, earning a Premiership Rugby Player of the Month nomination in October 2023.
