Transfer Rumours: Springbok ‘wrecking ball’ linked with Harlequins switch
South African magazine Rapport are reporting that the powerful Springbok centre Andre Estherhuizen is on his way to the Gallagher Premiership.
The 6ft 4in centre, who weights in at 115kg, splits his time between representing South African side the Sharks in Super Rugby and Munakata Sanix Blues in Japan
The report suggests that the 25-year-old, who has won eight caps for his country is being linked with a move to Harlequins next season.
Estherhuizen, who can also operate at fullback, will be best known to Quins supporters for being on the wrong end of Owen Farrell’s shoulder during a 2018 Autumn International at Twickenham.
