Argentina prop Enrique Pieretto is likely to be hit with a long suspension after being sent off in England's 27-14 victory over the Pumas at Twickenham.
Pieretto, who came off the bench in the second half in what was a brutally competitive Test match, saw red late on for stamping on the face of Joe Marler.
