Six men Eddie Jones should look at for summer tour to South Africa

With England likely to rest a few players this summer, RUCK looks at six players who could get their opportunity to pull on the famous white jersey the summer tour to South Africa in June.
We take a look at five players who could be given a chance on that tour:
1. Christian Wade
The international wilderness is the most frustrating limbo in sport and this speedster has been trapped in there for far too long. Wade scored 18 tries in 25 appearances for Wasps last season and has already run five tries this campaign. Very rarely is a player that did nothing wrong in their first game and has shown consistent form at club level ignored, but Wade is definitely one.
2. Dan Robson
Similar to Wade, it’s tough to understand why this Wasps star hasn’t been given international recognition. Robson, despite playing a starring role in Wasps road to the Premiership final, was overlooked for England’s tour of Argentina in the summer, being ignored in favour of 20-year-old Jack Maunder. It’s hard to see why, but Jones’ just doesn’t fancy him.

3. Joe Marchant
The Quins centre is quick on his feet and able to beat defenders one-on-one with ease, he has shades of Jonathan Joseph about him. The centre is still only 20 years old and has made himself a mainstay in the Harlequins team. The centre is a thrilling prospect for the London club and could make his mark for England this summer.
4. Tom Dunn
Despite being on the books of Bath since he was 15, Dunn had yet to make his first Premiership start at the age of 24 when Todd Blackadder arrived. However, since making his maiden league start against Gloucester in October 2016, Dunn has worked his way into the England training squad and established himself as one of, if not the best hooker in the Premiership.

5. Jason Woodward
Despite being one of the hottest talents in the Premiership last season, it remains to be seen whether Jones has identified the speedster as a possible starter for his England team. Despite scoring the winning try on debut for Gloucester, Woodward has had a mixed start to life at Kingsholm, however, with limited specialist full-backs, it would have been interesting to see him given a chance.
6. Alex Lewington
The speedsters wing play at times is captivating, and he is a player who for sure deserves to be at least in the reckoning for an England place, especially following an injury to Anthony Watson. Moving to Saracens next season will definitely boost his chance of getting a call-up in the near future.

16 June: South Africa v England – Toyota Stadium, Bloemfontein
23 June: South Africa v England – DHL Newlands, Cape Town
